Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean but felt somewhat dated. However, considering the price, especially in Macon, it was a great deal. The service was excellent overall, although there was an incident with a difficult customer situation. The location was exactly what we needed, despite some rough elements nearby. The dining experience offered a variety of hot and cold items, better than expected in some aspects.
Upon arrival, the non-smoking room strongly smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but it looked cute and cozy. Unfortunately, it wasn't clean initially, leading to a room change. The exceptional service during breakfast was a highlight, with a kind staff member handling things alone. The location offered easy access to many restaurants, but the surrounding area was a bit sketchy. Overall, the hotel had its drawbacks, but it had its moments of charm and convenience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is convenient if you are traveling on I-75S, and it's easy to get on and off the highway. The rooms did have a lingering smell of smoke which was a downside, but the service was courteous and welcoming. The dining options were lacking, but the Neapolitan pizza was a standout. Overall, it's a decent spot with some room for improvement.
